Sim Boot Camp

Turn Your Simulator Into Your Real-World Secret Weapon.

Whether you’re fine-tuning your technique, learning a new track, or setting up your sim for the first time, Sim Boot Camp gives you expert coaching to ensure every lap counts.

We’ll get you started on the right path with a Sim Boot Camp remote coaching session/program.

Balázs Remenyik, (I selected him to be the Chief Instructor for my Sim Racer Academy), knows his stuff! As a pro sim racer who is also the sim development driver for the Maserati Formula E team, he’s coached all levels and types of drivers, from novices to pro race drivers like Indy 500-winner Tony Kanaan. Weʻre confident that this coaching team (Balázs and I) is the strongest youʻll find.

What We Work On

Every driver has different goals, so each session is personalized. Here are the areas we focus on:

  • Driving skills and techniques: braking, throttle modulation, vision, track usage and line choice, consistency
  • Track preparation: learning new tracks or fine-tuning familiar ones
  • Simulator setup and optimization: hardware and software guidance, monitor placement or VR, field of view, steering and pedal recommendations, computer requirements

Sure, you can practice all of this on your own, but be careful you don’t reinforce the wrong habits!

How It Works

  1. Book your session: Click here to schedule an initial one-hour, one-on-one coaching session with Balázs.
  2. Tell us your goals: Email Balázs with your focus areas. Examples include preparing for a specific track, sharpening technique, or getting started with your sim setup.
  3. Join the coaching session: After booking, you will receive instructions for joining the Sim Racer Academy Discord Server voice channel. Before the session, Balázs will confirm your track and car.
  4. Coaching in real time: During your session, Balázs will be online with you to guide you through the areas you selected.
  5. Debrief and next steps: After the session, Balázs and I will review your progress, then send feedback and recommendations. If you want to continue, we will set a plan. I may join future sessions when itʻs the right fit.

Bonus

Your first coaching session includes a free one-month membership to Sim Racer Academy. You will have access to more than 125 training modules to support your progress between sessions.

Coaching Fees:

  • Initial Coaching/Evaluation Session: $125
  • Additional Coaching Sessions with Balázs: $110/hour

What’s Been Said:

“I did four sessions with Balazs between July/August for a FEED Racing F4 Driving Academy + Competition at the Magny Cours Club Track. He helped me improve by over 1.5 seconds. I would highly recommend Balazs, whether it’s for sim or prep for a race in real life — he is really good at what he does, and it is super beneficial for any event regardless of if it’s real or sim.” – Kamto Chukwureh
