Speed Secret: Practice how you plan to race, & then you’ll race like you practiced. If you practice driving slow, you’ll race slow.
Remember, practice doesn’t make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect. Race driving is a different skill from just driving fast, and it takes practice. If you only ever drive around by yourself during practice sessions, you’ll only get better at driving by yourself. Practice race strategy, passing, and racecraft. Most importantly, drive with the same intensity as you plan to in your races.
